Praedoc (Diss) (f/m/x)

part time, 30h per week

Your Tasks

  •   Performing research along the research lines of the group
  • Writing and submitting scientific articles summarizing your findings
  • Supporting the group leader in writing project proposals  

Your Profile

  •  Diploma or master’s degree in physics or related discipline
  • Strong interest in quantum foundations and quantum information theory, demonstrated e.g., by a Master thesis in these topics
  • Excellent English skills

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 53.140,92 (full-time based), in accordance with the collective agreement of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW). For part-time employment, the salary will be adjusted on a pro rata basis in line with the agreed working hours.
