STUDENT ASSISTANT (W/M/X) marginal employment

to be filled from August 1, 2025 for a limited period until December 31, 2026

Your Tasks

  • Editorial support of publication projects of the research unit
  • Supervised academic activities in the field of modern art history and in particular Austrian Baroque
  • Entering and editing information in databases
  • Annotations of image and text data
  • Engaged participation in the activities of the institute and the research unit

Your Profile

  • University degree (BA) in the fields of art history or digital humanities, specialization in modern art history is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2) is required, other language skills are an advantage
  • Curiosity, the ability to work autonomously and precision especially in written expression and when entering data are required
  • Experience in the application of digital and computational methods and programs – especially in database management and with regard to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT – are an advantage
  • Relevant professional experience is an advantage
